A Great Swedish Rye Bread — An Oxymoron?

As a Finn, I always thought that Swedish people can’t bake a decent rye bread. Oh boy, was I wrong. Leksands Mountain Sourdough Crispbread is one of the best breads one can get. This assuming you like the nordic style hard rye breads, that is!

A Great Swedish Rye Bread — An Oxymoron?
