I came across this magnificent creation about 10 years ago in Barcelona, at a restaurant. It came with my French fries, and I was so amazed by it that I asked the waiter if he could sell me a bottle. I bought one and went back to London, where I kept buying it from a local shop.

I was ordering fries just so I could eat more of this ketchup. Now, 10 years later, I’ve moved back to Romania and I’m ordering it here — you should do something about the shipping charges; they are a little too high — but not even that is stopping me from getting this marvelous sauce that blesses every meal it’s part of.
